General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for TheFishingMule

  1. scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between TheFishingMule and its customers via the online shop www.TheFishingMule.com.

  1. contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with TheFishingMule, Melleck 11, 83458 Schneizlreuth, TheFishingMule01@gmail.com.

  1. offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email.

  1. prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer before the binding order is placed.

  1. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery time is approximately 4-7 days.

  1. payment

Payment can be made either in advance, via PayPal, credit card or invoice.

  1. right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer received the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

  1. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded as long as no essential contractual obligations are violated, no damages are caused by injury to life, body or health and no guarantees are affected.

  1. data protection

We only collect, process and use the customer's personal data to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship. You can find further information on data protection in our privacy policy.
